This has been my family’s church since the very beginning in Dorton, Ky. Through the years, we have been Pastors, Moderators, Singers, Church Members, Cooks etc. We’ve proudly served in every dept. God has blessed us, to have allowed us to be there, from birth to it’s closing, and we always keep the lil church in our hearts & minds. We have held family reunions in the kitchen and we all love this church. Loving & serving it the most, has been my Uncle Carson Wright’s calling, his passion and his will to serve the Lord in the manner that God himself has laid before him. It’s been a turbulent and treacherous job sometimes for him. He’s always had his family and Brother James & Sister Mary Tackett, beside him to face every challenge ahead. I’m thankful for the times that I have spent there, the lessons I have learned & experiences that would have surely buried me & so many without the prayers said by the congregation. I appreciate them so much and I thank them for always doing what God les them to do.
